For all the products you can choose between 18kt Gold Plated, 18kt Vermeil (.925 Silver base), 10kt Solid Gold, 14kt Solid Gold in addition to 18kt Solid Gold made under special orders and available in the CRYSUS Signature Collection.

  • Do You deliver everywhere?

We deliver all over the US & Canada and to more than 45 countries worldwide.

  • Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer Free Shipping on all U.S & Canada Orders and Worldwide orders over $130.

  • I just completed an order. When am I receiving my products?

The delivery delays depends on the country of destination and delivery method you chose at out.

  • I received my product, but I don’t like it. Can I change it?

We offer Money Back Guarantee within 15 days of the day of delivery.

Return is made through refund or store credit on all eligible orders.

Please note that all returns should be unworn, in resellable condition with tag and without any damages or scratches.

  • What does ’’Lifetime Guarantee On All Products’’ mean ?

At Crysus Jewelry, we use the industry’s highest quality products and work with the world’s best suppliers to ensure the best jewelryon the market. All our products come with a Lifetime guarantee insurance. In case of any factory defects or breakages, we will repair/replace your piece one time for free.

Please note that the lifetime guarantee only covers productions defects and not any issues due to abusive wear and/or product negligence.

  • My piece broke, what can I do?

In case of any defects or breakage of your Crysus jewelry piece and under our Lifetime Guarantee, just ship it to us and we will replace it for you one time for free. Please refer to the Return Policy page for more information.

  • I loved a product! But I don’t have the amount in full :(..Is there any solutions?

  • How do I pay in 4 interest-free installments?

Payments are collected bi-weekly from the debit or credit card you provide at the time of purchase.
